Full name, complete address, nearest city, district, WhatsApp number, and an additional contact number must be clearly stated.
Include your name, location, and Korean WhatsApp number. All invoices will be shared via WhatsApp.
Sending multiple parcels to the same destination? Label them in order (1, 2, 3…) to avoid confusion during handling.
Shipping to different addresses within Sri Lanka? Request a separate invoice for each location.
Always be accurate when declaring package contents — this avoids delays or customs issues.
Pack fragile items securely and inform our agent at handover so we can give them extra care in transit.
Chocolates, sweets, and coffee can melt due to heat and pressure. Avoid sending them unless very well protected.
Large quantities of the same item may be treated as commercial goods and require tax payments at customs.
Alcohol, cigarettes, and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed. We cannot accept responsibility for such items.
When shipping TVs, take special care with packaging. A wooden crate is highly recommended for full protection.
Certain electrical items and machinery may be subject to government taxes per Sri Lanka Customs regulations.
Passport must be submitted on the required date. USD 1,000 duty-free allowance must be unused. Non-compliance may incur extra charges.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 30–45 days. Timelines may vary based on shipping and clearance conditions.
All payments must be completed before dispatch to avoid any delays in the shipping process.
