Important guidelines and considerations for shipping to Sri Lanka. Please read carefully before sending your parcels.
Every package sent to Sri Lanka must clearly display the receiver's full name, complete address, nearest city, district, WhatsApp number, and an additional contact number for smooth delivery.
Please include your name (or short name), your current location, and your Korean WhatsApp number, as all invoices will be shared with you through WhatsApp.
If you're sending multiple parcels to the same destination, kindly label them in order (e.g., 1, 2, 3) to avoid any confusion.
When shipping to different addresses within Sri Lanka, make sure to request a separate invoice for each location.
Always be honest and accurate when declaring the contents of your packages—this helps avoid unnecessary delays or issues.
Handle fragile items with extra care. Pack them securely using proper methods and inform our agent at the time of handover.
Items like chocolates, sweets, and coffee can easily melt or get damaged due to heat and pressure. It's best to avoid sending them unless they are very well protected.
Sending large quantities of the same item may be treated as commercial goods and could require tax payments. To keep things simple, please avoid such shipments.
Do not include alcohol, cigarettes, or any prohibited substances in your parcels. These are strictly not allowed, and we cannot take responsibility for them.
When sending TVs, please take special care with packaging. Using a wooden crate is highly recommended for better protection.
Certain electrical items and machinery may be subject to government taxes in accordance with Sri Lanka Customs regulations. Please be aware of this when shipping.
If you are using the passport method, your passport must be submitted on the required date. You should also have a USD 1000 duty-free allowance available and avoid using it when traveling. If these conditions are not met, clearance may not be possible, and additional charges could apply.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 30 to 45 days. However, timelines may vary depending on shipping conditions.
